Come for the mimosas,
stay for the mishigas!

We're thrilled to welcome Jackie Tohn, actress, writer, comedian, and breakout star of Netflix's Nobody Wants This, for an afternoon filled with laughter, storytelling, and lively conversation. Known for her quick wit, infectious energy, and unmistakable authenticity, Jackie will share insights on her career, her Jewish journey, and the people and experiences that have shaped her along the way. Join us for a memorable luncheon with one of today's most entertaining and engaging Jewish voices.

About the Event

Raise a glass, reconnect with friends, and celebrate the power of women making a difference. Our annual Lion of Judah & Pomegranate Luncheon brings together an extraordinary community of women who lead with generosity, compassion, and purpose. This year, we're adding an extra dose of laughter and inspiration with special guest Jackie Tohn: actress, writer, comedian, and star of Netflix's Nobody Wants This

Join us as we celebrate the impact of Women's Philanthropy and the power of women working collectively to build a stronger, more vibrant future for Jewish Atlanta and beyond.

This special afternoon will also honor the legacy of a woman whose vision and commitment have strengthened our community for decades. We are proud to recognize Ellen Arnovitz as this year's recipient of the Kipnis-Wilson/Friedland Award, honoring her extraordinary dedication to Federation, her generous spirit, and the lasting example she has set for future generations of women philanthropists.

Pomegranate & Lion of Judah Societies

The Pomegranate Society recognizes women who make an annual gift of $1,800 or more to Federation, while the Lion of Judah Society honors women who contribute $5,400 or more each year. Together, these giving societies bring together dedicated philanthropists who are committed to strengthening Jewish life in Atlanta, Israel, and around the world. In addition to the impact of their philanthropy, members enjoy exclusive opportunities to connect, learn, and lead through special events, educational programs, conferences, journeys, and meaningful experiences designed to deepen their engagement with the Jewish community and one another.
