Hosted by the Civil Engineer School, the CE Summit is a cross-collaborative, Total Force event that brings together three missions: Executive Events, Leadership Courses, and new for 2025, a Summit Leadership Symposium.

EXECUTIVE
EVENTS

Executive events offer platforms for senior leaders to make decisions and recognize the top Civil Engineers of the year.

From Tuesday, 04 March - Friday, 07 March, executive events will include the Civil Engineer Board, Readiness Working Group, and Executive Development Team. Additionally, the Civil Engineer Annual Awards Banquet will be held on Wednesday evening, 5 March - all are welcome!

SUMMIT
LEADERSHIP
SYMPOSIUM

The Summit Leadership Symposium provides Civil Engineer leaders an opportunity for cross-talk on topics of vital importance. New for 2025, the symposium builds upon previous years’ seminars for sitting commanders and SELs, extending the opportunity for a broader and more inclusive audience.

The Summit Leadership Symposium takes place Tuesday, 04 March – Thursday, 06 March. Total Force command teams are encouraged to attend, as well as staff-level leaders and other unit representatives.

Within the theme “Leading the Way,” attendees will pick from dozens of concurrent sessions over three days. Sessions and speakers will span four topic areas:

• Threats & the Operational Environment (e.g., Theater Updates, Cyber, Strategic Perspectives)
• Combat Support Organization & Employment (e.g., Combat Support, Staff Relationships, Doctrine Updates, Joint Perspectives)
• Built & Natural Infrastructure (e.g., Program Updates, Technology and Industry)
• Leadership & Mission Command (e.g., Mission Type Orders, Training, Human Resilience, Culture, Communication, Resource Mgt)
