Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement
"Attendee” for purposes of these Terms will include all participants at the Mevion Medical Systems ASTRO User Events, (referred to as "Mevion User Events" below). Organizers reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to limit or deny access to any entity or individual.

Liability Waiver & Release
In consideration of being allowed to register for, and participate in the Mevion User Events, you hereby warrant and represent that you are age 18 or above and freely waive, release from liability, assume all risks, and covenant not to sue the Mevion Medical Systems or its members, employees, organizers, board members, agents, or volunteers for any expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, including but not limited to COVID-19, disability, property damage, or property theft or actions of any kind that you may hereafter suffer or sustain before, during, or after the event, unless said expense, loss, damage, personal injury, including loss of life, illness, disability, property damage or property theft or actions of any kind is caused by the sole, gross negligence of Mevion Medical Systems. This Liability Waiver and Release is specifically binding upon your heirs and assigns and is knowingly given. 

Use of Multimedia
Mevion Medical Systems prohibits the use of cameras and mobile recording devices at all tour and sessions. For all other areas of the Mevion User Events and at times approved third parties) hires professional service providers (photo/video/audio/streaming) to document and showcase the experience. Mevion Medical Systems prohibits the use of screenshots and/ or any other technology that can be used to capture proprietary content and images from our uploaded document on the website unless approved by the speaker. 

Photography Release
I give Mevion Medical Systems permission to use my image, voice and appearance in any pictures, photos, video recordings, digital images, and the like taken or made on behalf of Mevion Medical Systems activities. I agree that Mevion Medical Systems has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., and may use them for any purpose consistent with the Mevion Medical Systems mission. These uses include, but are not limited to, social media, website, and any promotional materials in the development, both currently and in the future.

Mevion Medical Systems reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors).
