This site provides important information regarding group flights for the upcoming camp season. Please review these details and follow the steps below to register your camper(s).

Flight Registration Instructions:

1. Register: Click the sign-up button below to register and reserve flights.

2. Gather Camper Information: Use the camper's name, not a parent's name, for registration.

3. Review Details: Subsequent pages provide flight details, costs, and terms and provide payment.

If you are registering multiple children, regardless of their camp, use the "Add Guest/Sibling" option within the same registration.

Benefits of Booking Group Flights

We highly recommend booking through our group. This ensures campers are seated with chaperones and provides security. Airlines typically prioritize keeping group reservations intact during disruptions.

Important Note on Deadlines:

Airlines require us to release unbooked group seats about 90 days before departure (late March or April). Flights booked after this deadline cannot be guaranteed seating with the main group.

Flight Change Policy:

A $75.00 fee per child, plus any fare differences, applies for changes to a different group flight after initial selection. Submit all change requests in writing.

Assistance with Non-Group Flights:

We can assist with flights not part of the group options or if your child is traveling alone.

Unaccompanied Minor Fee: If your child is traveling alone, you may need to pay the airline's Unaccompanied Minor fee directly (about $150.00 each way) and provide drop-off and pickup details.
