Privacy

Registered attendees can 'opt-in' to be visible on the Attendee List which can be viewed by downloading and logging into the conference app the first time you open and log in to the app. You can manage your visibility settings at any time in your profile in the app.

The Attendee List of consenting delegates will be shared with all Sponsors and Exhibitors prior to the Conference.  This list will include the attendee’s first name, last name, position, organisation and state of residence (if in Australia) and country of residence. The list will not include any personal contact details such as email, phone or mobile numbers provided for registration purposes.
