About This Program

In this third session of our four-part Restorative Conversations series, participants will explore balancing personal boundaries with receptivity to apology, reconciliation, and growth. This gathering invites us to consider what receptivity looks like after hurt or harm has occurred and how we can discern what is needed for healing without abandoning self-protection. Through reflection and practical insight, participants will be encouraged to honor their own limits while being attentive to opportunities for reconciliation and growth.

This session will offer a thoughtful space to examine how boundaries can serve not as barriers to healing and restoration, but as support for honest, healthy conversations. We will also provide information about how eligible plan members* might continue this work by engaging the coaching and therapy resources available through the Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) by Spring Health.

*Employees can use EAP services if they are enrolled in the PPO, EPO, or HDHP medical option or have EAP access without medical coverage (for example, through the Covenant Package).
