The Virtual CPR Learning session teaches the lifesaving skills of infant/Child CPR as well as choking relief. Adult CPR and AED are also discussed.
This session is geared towards parents and caregivers of infants and children.

This two-hour information session taught by a SickKids Resuscitation Education Instructor, includes video-based and instructor-led demonstrations of CPR skills.
At the end of the 2-hour information session, learners will be able to:
- Describe the warning signs you would see if an infant, child, or adult was experiencing cardiac arrest
- List the "steps" involved in initiating high quality CPR for infants, children and adults
- Describe the skills of compressions and breathing
- Recall the algorithm for choking in infants, children and adults
- Describe the steps of applying an AED
Please ensure you have the following so you can listen and participate in the session.
- A quiet distraction free space
- A microphone in the device you are using to connect to the virtual session
- A camera in the device you are using to connect to the virtual session
- A doll, pillow or towel to practice along with the instructor
