Join us for a fully curated 4-day / 3-night GathrRing rally designed to bring together all mobile travelers (motorcoach, 5th wheel, campers) through community entertainment, shared experiences, and adventure. We’ve taken the traditional rally and added a bit more intention - expect better flow, engaging activities, and standout moments that make the experience feel easy, connected, and worth the trip.

What’s Included in Your Package

  • RV & Core GathrRing: 4 days / 3 nights of premium coach parking, full rally coordination, onsite staff support, and daily hosted meetups.
    • Every site:
      • Allows pets
      • Includes daily trash collection
      • Offers full hookups, including 50-amp power
      • If needed, the resort has 4 bathhouses with individual stalls (toilet, sink, shower)
  • Meals & Socials: Welcome & Farewell Breakfasts, a Welcome Reception (with DJ & drink tickets), a Hosted Lunch, and our Nomad Night "Pizza & Beats" closing party.
  • Signature Event (Wild West Evening): An exclusive night at the open-air Stomp Barn Ranch featuring a barbecue dinner, dancing, and live music by the CMA award-winning Jayc Harold Band.
  • Education & Activities
    • 4 educational sessions focused on RV ownership, safety, driving, towing, and trip confidence
    • 4 group activities designed to connect and engage attendees
    • Featured Scavenger Hunt with a $500 gas card grand prize
    • Sessions covering RV interiors, exteriors, comfort upgrades, and essential travel tips
    • Welcome and community-focused “Why GathrRing” session to introduce attendees to the family/community experience
  • Local Exploration: Opportunities for self-guided or pre-booked local experiences, including distilleries, wineries, horse farms, and fishing.

Registration Packages (Pricing is flat per coach and includes full experience access for all proposed meals and activities)

  • Coach for Two: $1,225 (Recommended - Includes all rally experiences for 2 guests)
  • Coach for One: $985 (Full rally access for 1 solo guest)
  • Additional Guests: If you plan to bring more than (2) people in a coach, the pricing is as follows: 
    • Adults:
      • $300 per additional adult guest
    • Children:
      • Ages 5 & Under: Complimentary 
      • Ages 6–12: $195 
      •  Ages 13 & Up: $300

Optional Add-Ons (Available during registration)

  • Pre- or Post-stays: $125.00 per night (Based on availability)
  • Stay for Both Weeks | Oct 5-15, 10 Nights:
    • Coach for one: $2,470
    • Coach for two: $2,950

The following promotional offer applies to guests who register during the Early Bird period and/or qualify for Military Registration:

  • Military registrations remain eligible for the $150 Amex gift card even after the Early Bird registration period closes.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations received on or before August 1st will incur no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the event start date will incur a $375 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 30–59 days prior to the event start date will incur a $475 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the event start date will forfeit 50% of the total registration cost.
