1. No Refunds: All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Attendance Requirement: You must attend the class in its entirety to be eligible for certification. This includes arriving on time and remaining for the duration of the class.

3. Assessment Completion: Successful completion of all written and physical assessments, including properly demonstrating three full rounds of CPR on the floor are required to receive certification.

4. Retake Policy: If you fail to attend class, leave early, or arrive late you may be required to retake the entire course. In such cases, you will need to register and pay for the entire course again. Retaking only the missed portion of the course is not permitted.
