Paying with a Credit Card
- On the payment page select Credit Card and fill in your information.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
Paying with a Check or Purchase Order (P.O.)
- On the Additional Information page, upload a digital copy or photo of your valid P.O., or send via email or fax at a later date.
- All P.O.'s are subject to approval before they will be accepted.
