Bob Jope
LMHC
Bob is a Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) Certified Trainer, and has been a member of MINT since 2010. He teaches Motivational Interviewing (MI) at Salve Regina University and the University of Massachusetts; he is also a consultant with the New England Addiction Technology Transfer Center at UMass Chan School of Public Health. Bob is the lead trainer for Jope Consulting Services, has taught MI at agencies all over New England, and consults internationally on teaching and coding MI. He currently serves as Vice President of the board of directors of Motivational Interviewing in Leadership and Organizations (MILO). Holding a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Bob has worked in the mental health, child welfare, and substance abuse fields for the past thirty years.
