Jumpstarting Oregon Rural Affordable Housing Development Forum
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (FRBSF), and Crossroads Communities will host a collaborative event focused on revitalizing low-and moderate-income housing markets in rural Oregon. The event will bring together bankers, community development organizations, housing developers, local leaders, and other stakeholders to explore opportunities, share best practices, and identify actionable strategies to expand access to affordable housing in rural Oregon. Attendees will have the chance to engage in meaningful discussions, hear innovative pitches, and participate in a site tour highlighting development efforts.

Continental Breakfast and Networking begin at 8:45 a.m. Lunch will be provided. A guided tour of Crossroads Communities properties, 401 East Milton, Lebanon, Oregon 97355, starts at 2:30 p.m. and concludes at 3:00 p.m. Crossroads Communities will provide ground transportation for individuals who prefer not to drive to the site.
