Welcome to the Global MOU Forum 2026!

This invitation-only event is for national governments that have signed the Global MOU and organizations that have endorsed.  It is a working convening focused on collaboration, solution-building, and action. Participants are expected to actively engage.

Note: One participant per endorsing organization, unless your organization is a sponsor. Drive to Zero will follow up via email with sponsorship opportunities.

Chile requires visas for some countries please check if you need a visa. Visa exception and requirement information can be found here.

CALSTART reserves the right to limit or deny access to any entity or individual. By registering for the Global MOU Summit, the participant gives permission to CALSTART to use their likeness in photographs taken during this event in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to, website entries, blog posts, social media posts, and promotional materials, without payment or any other consideration. If you do not wish for your image or likeness to be used in such materials, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing prior to the event. In case no prior written notification is provided, it shall be construed as an ongoing grant of permission. Additionally, the participant consents to their name being shared with other Global MOU Summit attendees and Global MOU signatories or endorsers for networking purposes. If you do not wish for your name or likeness to be used or shared, it is your responsibility to inform us in writing prior to the event.

All events will be held under Chatham House Rule, meaning participants may use and share the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker shall be revealed.
