CONSENT: By registering and/or participating in any VSU or Virginia Cooperative Extension Program meeting, program or other activities, registrant or participant agrees that VSU or the Virginia Cooperative Extension Program may photograph, videotape or digitally record registrant or participant and may use his/her likeness/image, voice, and name in any and all VSU and Virginia Cooperative Extension Program-related media and publications, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. Registrant and participants also agree that VSU and the Virginia Cooperative Extension Program has the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute his/her name, voice and image/likeness for purposes of publicizing the VSU or Virginia Cooperative Extension Program or for any other lawful purpose.
