The NM HFMA Fall Conference is a day-and-a-half event featuring engaging keynote speakers, focused educational sessions, and purposeful networking opportunities throughout the conference. Conference Attendees represent a broad range of healthcare finance and operational leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officers, Finance Directors, Revenue Cycle Directors, Compliance Officers Practice Managers, Healthcare finance professionals, Additional hospital, health system, and provider leaders
Exhibitor Information: Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a raffle prize to help increase attendee engagement at their booth. Please bring a container or receptacle for collecting business cards. Attendees will also participate in an exhibitor bingo activity, with complete bingo cards entered the conference Grand Prize drawing.
Annual Business Partners: Annual Business Partners may apply available sponsorship exhibits and registrations toward qualifying exhibit booths and registrations. Additional charges may apply when the selected opportunity exceeds the partner’s remaining credit balance.
Exhibit Setup and Dismantling: Exhibitors must have their displays fully set up before the official opening of the exhibition on Thursday morning (set up time is from 6:30 AM - 7:00 AM). Exhibit tables may be positioned around the perimeter of the conference space. Exhibitors are expected to keep their booths staffed and in place throughout the designated exhibition period. Early teardown is not permitted. Exhibits may be dismantled and removed only after the official closing of the exhibition.
