The Positive workflow provides a targeted screening approach to analyzing complex samples, providing both qualitative and quantitative data.  Positive uses mass accuracy, retention time, and fragment ions to search complex mixtures for specific compounds using ChromaLynx and allows for quantitation of identified components in TargetLynx.
