Cancellation & Penalty Policy

For qualifiers and their complimentary guest. You may cancel within 48 hours of confirmation without incurring any penalties. After the 48-hour window, the following penalties may apply:

All cancellations will be subject to a 100% penalty, no refunds will be issued.

The Event Hotels

We will be staying at two beautiful sister resorts within one connected Hyatt complex in Playa Esmeralda, Miches, Dominican Republic. Hotel assignments will be made at a later date. Both hotels are part of the same resort, so guests have complimentary access to the facilities at both properties. However, please note that Secrets is an adults-only resort.
