Summary - USTMAAA 33RD GRAND REUNION AND MEDICAL CONVENTION

Dear Thomasian Alumni and Friends,

We are truly delighted to invite you to the 33rd Annual Grand Reunion and Medical Convention of the UST Medical Alumni Association of America (USTMAAA), to be held on July 15-19, 2026 at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront Hotel in beautiful Burlingame, California. Known as the “City of Trees” for its lush, tree-lined streets and commitment to preserving natural beauty, Burlingame sits gracefully on the San Francisco Peninsula - just 25 minutes from San Francisco - with a scenic shoreline along the Bay.

This year’s gathering offers a special opportunity to reconnect with our distinguished guests from the University of Santo Tomas:

As in years past, we will honor our Jubilarian Classes, while also welcoming alumni from all other classes to celebrate their reunions. The Board Meeting will precede the reunion. The festivities will begin with our traditional Opening Ceremonies, highlighted by a keynote address from our esteemed Dean. This will be a meaningful occasion to engage with our VIPs, USTMAAA officers, and Foundation leaders.

The ACCME-accredited CME program will feature timely and relevant topics presented by our expert alumni. Beyond academic enrichment, we look forward to evenings of fellowship:

A Karaoke night, open to all guests, where talents are expressed

A Western-themed Jubilarian Night, filled with camaraderie and featuring the Jubilarian March

A Formal Gala Night, honoring Jubilarian classes and awardees, while showcasing the creativity and spirit of our alumni with their class presentations

In addition, there will be ample free time to explore California’s many attractions, ensuring that this reunion is not only educational and celebratory, but also memorable and enjoyable.
