Is Childcare available?
We will be offering a kids camp for children that are potty trained aged 5-young adult. We are currently working with different venues within the area to host our children for the day. Children under the age of 18 are required to be accompanied by an adult for any off site events. The fees for the camp are $50 per child per day and they must be registered for the conference to be able to attend.
This plan is still in the making and we will notify registrants when more information is available. We are unsure if we will be able to have childcare for children not potty trained or children under age 5 at this time. We will update if it becomes available.

You will be able to purchase as many tickets as you need during this registration process and you are able to change your number of tickets until registration closes. There will be a service charge fro edit registrations charged by Cvent.*
Do I need to make reservations at the hotel separately and what is the price?
Being together at the same hotel is so important and lends itself to the very purpose of our conference. Please make your own hotel reservations directly with the Omni Shoreham Hotel by July 1, 2020 at 5:00 pm EST in the Noonan syndrome block at a reduced rate of $179 per night plus tax. Once the rooms in our blocks are gone we cannot acquire more. You can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-THE-OMNI. Mention the Noonan Syndrome Foundation Family Conference to get our block rate, or you can register for your room at https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/washington-dc-shoreham/meetings/noonan-syndrome-foundation-family-meeting
The hotel has parking available however parking is managed by an outside company that charges $55/day. Washington DC has a fantastic transit system and we recommend utilizing that instead of renting a car. There is a train station directly across from the hotel. We are working to find cheaper/free parking. Attendees will be notified when/if arrangements are available.
