
This course takes a personal approach to identifying your strengths and areas you want to improve when communicating your own story, connecting and building relationships with others, and communicating clearly and efficiently in an ever-more complex world. This course aims to help you navigate your communication with peers and managers and ultimately to create more opportunities to connect and collaborate. The less time or stress you experience communicating with others, the more time you will have to bring value and personal meaning to work.

- Reflect on your strengths and communicate your story in positive, engaging language
- Assess and define your communication strengths, style, and challenge areas
- Recognize the strengths of your peers in order to work effectively together
- Explore current work challenges and apply new strategies for communication
