Budget Planning

  • Registration: For budgeting purposes, attendees should anticipate a registration fee of around $1,250, based on 2026 pricing. Final pricing for 2027 has not yet been finalized and may be adjusted before registration opens. 
  • Hotel: The AAMC has secured a negotiated group rate of $259 per night. With applicable taxes and fees (currently totaling 18.52%), attendees should budget approximately $305 per night for lodging.
