This year, we’re excited to introduce and expand several sponsorship opportunities that enhance both visibility and attendee experience, including massage chairs, interactive offerings like a golf simulator, and live entertainment, such as a violinist. Sponsors can also engage attendees through high-traffic moments like receptions and meals, creating meaningful connections in both formal and informal settings.

Early Bird Exhibit Offer: CHCANYS26, exhibitors who register by July 2 and pay before August 1st can take advantage of last year’s $3,750 rate for up to two Representatives and inclusive of a booth. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice and must be received before August 1st and is non-refundable. Exhibits at this price are limited and available first come, first served until sold out. Guaranteed booths start at the Sponsorships levels from $7,500.
CHCANYS26 Exhibitor Manual is coming soon. Exhibitor details included:
- Each Exhibit Space Includes - 8' tall black/red/black back drape with 32" tall black dividing drape, 1 - 6’L x 24” W x 30”H table skirted in red with 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and an ID sign. Booth sizes differ slightly.
- All Booths are in the Main Exhibit Hall on a traditional tiled uncarpeted floor.
- There is no need to order additional chairs or tables, unless you need something to enhance your booth.
