Network Overview:

The 2026 Safety Improvement Network is a unique three-month learning experience for board-led safety committees to develop their capacity and effectiveness. Safety committees will create and execute a robust safety improvement plan, enhance their policies and procedures, and establish processes to review safety data. The deadline to register is April 3, 2026. 

Session Overview:

The 2026 Safety Improvement Network will consist of 3 total sessions. Each of the 3 sessions will run on consecutive days - Option 1 is on Tuesdays and Option 2 on Wednesdays (see dates below).  For example, Session 1 will be offered twice - on 4.7.26 and 4.8.26.  This cadence will hold true for all 3 sessions.

The second half of each session will be "Office Hours" where you can receive focused instruction.

Session Dates: (all virtual)

Option 1: TUESDAYS 10 am - 12 pm PT / 11 am - 1 pm MT / 12 pm - 2 pm CT / 1 pm - 3 pm ET

Dates: April 7, May 5, June 2 

Option 2: WEDNESDAYS 8 am - 10 am PT / 9 am - 11 am MT / 10 am - 12 pm CT / 11 am - 1 pm ET

Dates: April 8, May 6, June 3

You are strongly encouraged to attend all 3 sessions and must attend or watch the recording for all sessions to receive your Certificate of Completion.
