Registration & Cancellation Deadlines

• For free events, cancellations are available at any time; however, they are preferred by the above date. 
• Attendance at events may be for the registered attendee only, if an additional attendee registration or group registration is not available. If additional individuals would like to attend, they must register through the standard registration process

Event Payment 

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Cash, cheques, and debit (including Visa Debit) are not accepted.

Please be advised that the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) will be photographing and/or recording this event, and may capture a recognizable image of you. By participating in this event, you are consenting to the potential collection, use, and disclosure of photographs and/or videos taken during the event for use by APEGA in print or digital format for promotional or archival purposes.  If you do not wish to have us collect, use, or disclose your image, please make it known to the event organizers on site.

Continued Professional Development

Some sessions require 80% completion for a certification to be provided.

By posting on the platform, you give APEGA, or anyone authorized by APEGA, the right to use or publish any comments in any medium for educational, news, or promotional purposes without compensation or notice. This may include text, photos, videos, and any other posted content. 

Virtual Event Platform

We may share your personal information with a third-party whose platform hosts the virtual event for the purpose of allowing access to the platform. They are required to protect the confidentiality of any personal information we share and may only use it to provide the specific services on behalf of APEGA. 

Event Recordings

The event may be made available for on-demand viewing.
