What are the dates and location of the National Convention?

The convention will be held Tuesday, September 15 to Friday, September 18 at the Hershey Lodge in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Who attends this convention and what will I gain?

All Members, Producers, and Cattle Industry Stakeholders will attend to learn the latest education, network and interact and honor the best in our industry.

What is the cost to attend?

For a full conference experience, the cost is $395 per person.
One day access is $195 for either day.
If you plan to attend ONLY the dinners, the cost of the Kick-Off Dinner is $50 and the Awards Dinner is $60.
The golf tournament is a separate price. There will be a separate link to register for golf.

What is the attire at the convention?

This is a casual event, come in your boots and cowboy hat.
Awards Banquet is cocktail dress.

How do I book my hotel?

Attendees will make their own reservations on or before Thursday, August 13, 2026 by dialing 1-855-729-3108 or by clicking the link below.

Attendees must identify themselves as part of RED ANGUS ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA’s group and must provide their name, type of room, check-in and check-out dates and special accommodation requests. LODGE will require a credit card deposit in the amount of one (1) night at the Group Rate plus applicable taxes at the time of booking.

Can I extend my time at the hotel?

Yes, you may extend your stay in Hershey, Pennsylvania at the Hershey Lodge based on availability, before and after the official convention dates. You will be responsible for all expenses for additional dates and can check the link when booking.

Are meals covered during the convention?

All meals are covered during the convention based on the package day you choose. For the full conference, all meals are covered. For the One-Day pass, the meals are covered for that day. If you choose to attend the Kick-Off Dinner or the Awards Dinner only, there is a separate cost. The Kick-Off dinner is $50 and the Awards Dinner is $60. You can choose your package during registration.
