Welcome to the CEEA 75 Conference

For 3 days in August, CEEA calls the Fairmont Banff Springs home, bringing together industry leaders and their partners, government, academia and Indigenous partners to meet and discuss important topics affecting our industry and its future.

Through a series of business and social activities, we connect and share ideas with others in the industry while building lifelong business connections and personal friendships. For 2026, we continue to offer: the Energy Business Forum featuring world class speakers, followed by CEEA Connects - a weekend of social activities designed to help you connect with other members and their partners and provide a unique and memorable experience.

We look forward to connecting with you in Banff.

CEEA CONNECTS

CEEA Connects features the 75th edition of The CEEA Classic Matchplay Golf Tournament and the Partners Golf Tournament played on the picturesque Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course.  As an alternative to golf, we will also be hosting the 3rd Annual CEEA Cycling Challenge where we will combine a recreational ride as a group with individual time trial stages.  When the golf and cycling is done for the day we will all reconvene together and enjoy networking at numerous receptions and dinners.

FEES

CEEA Classic

Since 1951, the Canadian Energy Executive Association has fostered a meaningful gathering of industry executives through a first-class golf tournament. While our association has changed over the years, we’ve maintained many of the traditions for this esteemed event which includes three days of match play for the top five flights and two days for the rest of the field.

Golfers (ALL LEVELS WELCOME!!) will be divided into flights of eight based on skill level and will play various matches to determine flight trophy winners. Wednesday rounds for the low handicap players will be in the morning along with limited practice round tee times for others.

Friday and Saturday rounds will be a morning shotgun and be sure to stick around the course after your game on Friday as there will be a Pitstop Party to help you get ready for the putting contest and the golf relay!

Practice rounds are available on Tuesday or Wednesday and can be booked through our registration system.

HOTEL

Located in the heart of Banff National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the world-famous Banff Springs Hotel stands as a landmark in the picturesque alpine town of Banff, Alberta.

Please note that the fees listed above includes all meals, cocktail receptions, golf, cycling and special events but does not include accommodation.
