Course Summary - Making the Most of Copilot

Building on the foundational knowledge from ChatGPT 101, this session will dive deeper into ChatGPT's advanced functionalities and customizations. This course is designed for those with a basic understanding of ChatGPT or who have taken our ChatGPT 101 course. Participants will learn advanced techniques for optimizing ChatGPT responses, integrating them into more complex workflows, and using the technology for strategic decision-making and customer engagement in the utility sector.

This session will benefit LDC professionals in admin, communications and customer service and will include practical exercises and real-world applications to enhance your AI capabilities. Our conversations will help you leverage ChatGPT for more sophisticated tasks like managing and analyzing large datasets, simplifying complex workflows and generating more detailed analytical reports. Step up your AI game and discover how advanced ChatGPT functionalities can drive innovation and connection in your organization.

The course includes hands-on exercises and covers the following topics:

Create custom data analysis prompts
Build templates for recurring tasks
Use ChatGPT to compare complex documents
Practice generating and editing technical content
Learn to create clear visuals for reports
Tips for quality control and fact-checking

Prerequisites include having completed ChatGPT 101 or have a strong familiarity with and a comfort using ChatGPT. Reference materials for review will be sent prior to the session. This virtual course will access multiple browser-based sites.

The instructors from Pearl Street will be using the latest paid version of ChatGPT for this session. Participants should have a paid version of ChatGPT to take full advantage of the alpha, numeric and illustration exercises we will complete. The techniques we will explore will likely work in Co-Pilot, Gemini or Claude.

This course starts at 9:00 AM and ends approximately 12:00 PM.

Full refund less a service fee of 20% of registration fee (plus 13% HST) will be made on cancellations received in writing ten working days prior to the course dates, after which no refunds will be made. Substitution of registrants from the same company may be made up to the course date. The MEARIE Group reserves the right to postpone or cancel any activity in the event of low enrollment. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided or we can transfer the fee to the next scheduled class.
