Attendee Allotment

• Each ARR TM may nominate 1 surgeon
• Each ARR Ambassador may nominate 2 surgeons
• Each Surgical Solutions Region may nominate 2 surgeons
  • Please collaborate with your AR&R counterparts and prioritize general surgery subspecialties (e.g., colorectal, bariatric, etc.)

Attendee Criteria

• Surgeons must be from Strategic Accounts - confirm with your RBM before submitting this nomination
• Surgeons must utilize 30% or less Phasix™ in their practice
• Surgeons must not have attended GHS 2025

*Any exceptions to these criteria will require AVP approval.

Nomination Requirements

• Separate applications are required when nominating:
  • An HCP
  • Yourself
• Submission of your nomination does not guarantee approval
• Leadership will review your request and notify you of the decision via email
• Additional nominations will be placed on a waitlist and considered if space allows
