Admittance Policy 

Please note, to qualify for a Full Conference Fleet Pass, you must be directly employed by a public agency. Suppliers including, but not limited to, fleet management companies, vehicle manufacturers, equipment & parts suppliers, GPS & telematics companies, software & technology providers, fueling systems manufacturers, and consultants must purchase a Supplier Pass. All registrations are pending approval and will be audited for compliance.

By providing this information you grant Bobit Business Media the right to contact you and colleagues you register regarding your registration, as well as to receive updates on the 2027 Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) and/or updates and promotional material from our sponsors. Full payment is required. Confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. To prevent double-billing, please register only once. This is a private event not open to the public. No one under 18 years of age will be permitted to attend sessions, block party & experience, networking night on the town, or visit the exhibit hall.

Cancellation Policy PLEASE READ!

Registration refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to show management approval. Requests must be made in writing and received by Government Fleet Expo & Conference, c/o Bobit Business Media, 1317 Edgewater Dr, #2570, Orlando, FL 32804, Email: BobitEventRegistration@bobit.com, no later than May 14, 2027. 

For Full Conference Passes, Supplier Passes, Exhibitor Passes, Sponsor Passes, Spouse Passes, and Single-Day Passes your refund will equal the pass price less a $100 processing fee. After May 14, 2027, only those cancellations accompanied by a doctor's note stating a medical condition prevents you from attending may be rolled into the 2028 event or transferred to a colleague from the same company. No exceptions will be made for non-medical cancellations.

Health & Safety Protocols

Your health and safety is our #1 priority. All food and beverage vendors will adhere to the guidelines of the venue to provide the highest standard food safety.

Your privacy is of the utmost priority, and we will adhere to privacy regulations.

All event participants are expected to follow the protocols as described. Participants are encouraged to maintain a high level of personal hygiene. We kindly request any participants that are feeling unwell to stay home or in their hotel room.

Personal Information Usage Statement/Consent 

By filling out this form you consent to Bobit Business Media's Privacy Policy and to receive offers, newsletters, and other promotional communications from Bobit Business Media and its trusted partners. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also consent to Bobit Business Media sharing your contact information with the sponsor(s) of this event so they can contact you directly concerning their product(s).

Code of Conduct

GFX is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, collaborative, and productive environment for all event participants.

GFX has a zero-tolerance harassment policy and discrimination based on gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity or religion will not be tolerated. Examples of harassment include offensive comments, verbal threats or demands, sexualized images in public spaces, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of sessions or events, and unwelcome physical contact or sexual attention.

Participants violating these rules and expectations will be sanctioned or expelled from the event without a refund at the discretion of the organizers. Physical violence will result in lifetime banishment from GFX/Bobit Business Media events regardless of fault.

Photo & Video Release

By attending the GFX, you hereby grant Bobit Business Media, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs and multimedia of you and your property in relation to the GFX. You also authorize the GFX to use such images with or without your name, and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, print advertising and web content.

Attendee Registration Disclaimer and Liability Waiver

The Government Fleet Expo & Conference participants' health and well being is our most important priority. However, since each individual's health and safety needs and concerns may differ, Bobit Business Media strongly recommends that each participant carefully evaluate their personal health needs and concerns before registering for and or attending Government Fleet Expo & Conference in-person. Your attendance at Government Fleet Expo & Conference is completely voluntary. As such, your attendance at Government Fleet Expo & Conference is solely at your own risk, and you knowingly and voluntarily assume any and all risks and hazards, including without limitation, personal injury, illness including death, or otherwise.

IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS UNDERSTANDING, I, THE UNDERSIGNED, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, HEREBY FOREVER RELEASE AND DISCHARGE BOBIT BUSINESS MEDIA, COBB CENTER, SHEPARD EXPOSITION SERVICES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND SUCCESSORS (COLLECTIVELY THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY OBLIGATIONS, DAMAGES, CLAIM OR SUITS FOR DAMAGES, LOSS AND LIABILITIES OF EVERY NATURE AND KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS INCLUDING DEATH, RELATED TO COVID-19 OR ITS VARIANT STRAINS WHICH MAY ARISE DURING THE GOVERNMENT FLEET EXPO & CONFERENCE OR THEREAFTER FROM MY ATTENDANCE OR PARTICIPATION AT GOVERNMENT FLEET EXPO & CONFERENCE, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED OR UNSUSPECTED, PAST, PRESENT, OR FUTURE, RELATED OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH COVID-19 OR ITS VARIANT STRAINS.

For the avoidance of doubt, I have read the foregoing acknowledgment of risks, assumption of risk and responsibility, and release of liability. I understand that by signing this release agreement I am waiving valuable legal rights and this agreement shall operate as a complete bar to such claims. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all provisions, rights or benefits conferred by any applicable laws of the State of California, or by Section 1542 of the California Civil Code or by any law of any state or territory of the United States or other jurisdiction, or principle of common law, which is similar, comparable or equivalent to Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, with respect to my attendance or participation in the Government Fleet Expo & Conference, provided that reference to Section 1542 of the California Civil Code or similar statutes shall not be deemed to convert a specific release into a general release. Section 1542 of the California Civil Code provides:

Section 1542. General Release--Claims Extinguished. A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.
