Celebration Overview

Your Diamond Club adventure begins Sunday, August 23, when you and your special guest arrive at the San Diego International Airport. You will be greeted and escorted to your transportation to the Park Hyatt Aviara, where your leadership team will await your arrival.

As you arrive, you’ll immediately feel immersed in the relaxed elegance of Southern California. On Sunday evening, you’ll enjoy a welcome dinner in the Aviara Gardens, where you’ll meet your executive hosts and enjoy the company of fellow Diamond Club honorees and their guests from around the country.

As the day begins on Monday, August 24, you’ll have the option to start your morning with a gentle yoga session—an opportunity to center yourself and ease into the day. From there, you’ll indulge in a delicious breakfast buffet followed by a welcome from CEO Rick Cardenas and a Q&A session. Next, you’ll attend an Interactive Learning Session (ILS) of your choice, enjoy a tasty lunch, and take part in the afternoon activity of your choice or enjoy free time exploring the laid-back Aviara resort and stunning surrounding area.

On Monday evening, we’ll honor our distinguished 2026 Diamond Club Award winners at a gala awards dinner and celebration. Each winner will have their moment to shine before wrapping up the night with a decadent dessert reception.

The celebration continues Tuesday, August 25, with another optional morning yoga session to help you ground and recharge before the day ahead. After a special breakfast, you’ll embark on an exciting choose-your-own adventure day -  selecting a unique activity or enjoying free time to explore downtown Carlsbad.

Tuesday evening brings a fitting finale—an unforgettable celebration with a special surprise in store.

Finally, on Wednesday, August 26, you’ll leave your luggage to us and say goodbye to new and old friends before heading home.
