Global Forum: We look forward to working with you at the Hotel Polaris in Colorado Springs! The All Wheels Up Global Forum is an event for all stakeholders to come together and discuss accessible air travel and a wheelchair spot on commercial airplanes. We will discuss technology, operations, studies and testing, human factors, medical considerations, training, legislation, policy, and technical requirements.

Access to the Skies: We hope you join our partner event, Access to the Skies, a half-day session (10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) hosted by the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) on Thursday, October 1, 2026, Attendees can expect to learn about upcoming air travel accessibility projects and goals as well as tips on how to self-advocate while traveling. Registration is now open.
