THE BRIDGES WE BUILD
Celebrate our shared ministry as missionaries of hope to those in need. Join Catholic Charities USA as we create pathways to the common good through our service to neighbors and strangers alike. In this time of ever-greater social dislocation, let's continue the quiet work of repairing the breaches that separate us from one another.
Join colleagues from across the network as we learn, connect, and imagine a more beloved community. Through inspiring speakers, practical learning opportunities, worship, and fellowship, we will reflect on what it means to rebuild trust, foster belonging, and create lasting pathways of hope.

From the Good Samaritan to Flourishing Communities
Two special guest plenary speakers will challenge us to listen with our hearts as we consider the ways agencies serve clients and their communities.
Meghan Sullivan, Professor of Philosophy at the University of Notre Dame, will look at the Christian concept of love of stranger and how it impacts our mission today at Catholic Charities. Seth D. Kaplan, Professorial Lecturer at the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, will offer a reflection on community renewal and how Catholic Charities agencies can transform fragile neighborhoods into flourishing ones.

Richmond after Hours: Jam with Us!
Eat, drink, dance, and bowl the night away! We'll celebrate at River City Roll, a gem of a nightspot in Scott’s Addition, Richmond’s beverage district.
Enjoy live local music, great food and drink, and friendly trash talk with colleagues. Whether you’re a real ringer, need those gutter guards (we respect it), or just want to dance and revel in the fall weather, you'll have a blast. So grab a ticket and a friend and get ready for a night of Southern hospitality.
This is an optional event, and a ticket is required. Tickets may be purchased for $65 during registration online or at the registration desk on-site, until we reach capacity.
