This 3-day technical training program supports foundational and intermediate learners in building the practical skills and technical understanding needed to confidently perform the One Lambda™ HybriType™ NGS Hybrid Capture assay using TSV software. Through guided on-the-bench instruction, real-time data analysis, and focused troubleshooting, participants strengthen their ability to interpret QC metrics, resolve common assay challenges, and analyze complex data sets. The program is designed to build core competency and advance applied proficiency, enabling reliable, standardized performance in research or clinical laboratory settings.
Learning Outcomes:
- Demonstrate understanding of assay principle and applications of One Lambda™ HybriType™ NGS Hybrid Capture assay.
- Troubleshoot commonly encountered issues through analysis of Quality Control metrics and understanding of critical steps of One Lambda™ HybriType™ NGS Hybrid Capture assays.
- Apply expanded knowledge of software features and functions of One Lambda™ TypeStream Visual 3.2 to analyze and interpret problematic data sets.
- Implement lab best practices for refinement of routine use of these assays that provide effective and standardized testing in the lab.
