Please remember you are responsible for both reserving and canceling your own hotel reservations.
All reservation requests will require a credit card. Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival.
The Group Rate is available until the Cutoff Date of August 26, 2026 or until the room block is full. Any reservations made after the Cutoff Date shall be at the hotel's then current available rate.
Hotel check-in time at Sheraton Phoenix Downtown is 4:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
