AAPA Conference registration does not include hotel reservation. (Please view hotel information recommended by AAPA for this event, and reserve your own hotel as desired.)

Cancellation Policy
All registrations submitted and received online are considered confirmed registrations. Written notice to cancel must be received via email by August 15, 2026, to receive an 80% refund. No refunds will be given after August 15, 2026 . For cancellations due to illness after August 15, 2026, a refund of 80% will be given with the submission of a physician's note.
If the AAPA cannot hold this meeting due to acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation or other emergencies making it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible to hold the meeting you will be partially refunded. Fixed meeting expenses will be paid first before any refunds are processed. The AAPA is not responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants in connection with this meeting.
Legal Information
Continuing Education (CE) Credits
To be eligible for CE, you must scan into each lecture using the QR code provided at the entrance. You must be scanned in within the first 10 minutes of the start of the lecture or workshop to receive credit. Scanning is also required at each poster session along with your completed quiz submission.
PACE Accreditation
The AAPA is approved as a provider of continuing education programs in the clinical laboratory sciences by the ASCLS PACETM Program. The preliminary credit count at the AAPA 51st Annual Conference is 23. To be eligible to receive continuing education credit, you must have passed the ASCP BOC exam prior to this conference and scan into each lecture.
ASCP Accreditation
This continuing medical laboratory education activity is recognized by the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) as meeting the criteria for up to 23 CMLE credits (preliminarily). These ASCP CMLE credit hours are acceptable to meet the continuing education requirements for the ASCP Board of Certification (BOC) Credential Maintenance Program (CMP) American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). All ASCP CMLE programs are conducted at intermediate to advanced levels of learning. This educational activity is designed for medical laboratory scientists, pathologists, and allied healthcare professionals.
ASCP credit transfers are an AAPA membership benefit. Fellow members who have provided their ASCP Customer ID and whose first and last name are an exact match to their ASCP profile will have their AAPA credits earned at this meeting and all additional credits earned throughout the year, seamlessly transferred to their ASCP transcript on a weekly basis.
