CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations and requests for refunds can be submitted via the 'Cancel Registration' button after registration is complete or sent to meetings@aoassn.org. This policy applies to all forms of payment.

Cancellations received by Monday, March 30, 2026, will be assessed a cancellation fee of 20% of the total registration fee.

Cancellations received between Tuesday, March 31 and Monday, April 20, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the total registration fee.

Cancellations or no-shows after Tuesday, April 21, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
