HOTEL DETAILS:

Group Room Rate: Special group rates have been secured at the conference hotel. Online reservations provide you with immediate confirmation and are recommended. Hotel room rates are priced at $209 per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-out.

Tax Policy: Room Rates shown do not include $1.70 Room Fee Per Night and 17.00% Room Tax Per Night (subject to change). Total charges presented on the website will include all room fees and taxes.

Cut-off Date: Reservations for either hotel must be made by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on or before Saturday, June 6, 2026, or until all rooms in the OTC block have been reserved (whichever comes first), in order to secure the group rate. We encourage reservations at your earliest convenience in order to ensure room availability.

Cut-Off Date is now EXTENDED! Please finalize your reservation by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on or before Wednesday, June 17th.

Cancellation Policy: A one night's deposit is required at the time of booking and is refundable if a cancellation is received 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit deposit.

Child Policy: Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in their parent's room.

Early Departure Fee: Guests will be required to pay one night's room and tax if the guest departs one or more nights earlier than indicated on the reservation. This early departure fee will be waived if the guest advises the hotel of the change in departure date at or before check in.

Check-In / Out Time: Check in time at the hotel is 4:00 p.m. or after, and check out time is 12:00 p.m.
