HVAC Bootcamp | July 20–24, 2026

HVAC Bootcamp is a pilot training program designed to introduce Level I and II DSRs to the core technical fundamentals of HVAC equipment and systems. This immersive, hands-on learning experience combines classroom instruction with practical lab activities to build foundational knowledge and increase confidence in real-world field applications.

Throughout the week, participants will develop an understanding of essential HVAC concepts including tools and equipment, safety practices, heat transfer principles, electrical fundamentals, wiring diagrams, test instruments, duct systems, air distribution, and HVAC controls. Each topic is reinforced through interactive lab sessions that provide hands-on application and practical experience.

Program Highlights

  • Introduction to HVAC tools and equipment
  • HVAC safety fundamentals and best practices
  • Principles of heat transfer
  • Electrical fundamentals and wiring diagram interpretation
  • Hands-on use of HVAC test instruments
  • Duct systems, fabrication, and installation basics
  • Air distribution concepts and HVAC controls

The program concludes on Friday with participant departures.

This in-person training will be hosted at Allied Air Headquarters in West Columbia, South Carolina.
