Day 1 – February 23, 2028 | Overnight Flight to Buenos Aires, Argentina

Your journey begins with a motorcoach transfer to Chicago O’Hare Airport, where you will board your overnight international flight to Buenos Aires. Sit back, relax, and begin dreaming of the Antarctic wonders ahead.

Day 2 – February 24, 2028 | Arrive Buenos Aires

Arrive in Buenos Aires in the morning and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, the remainder of the day is yours to explore at your leisure. 

Day 3 – February 25, 2028 | Flight from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia & Board Ship

Today, you’ll fly from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in Argentina. Upon arrival, transfer to Swan Hellenic’s elegant expedition ship, the Vega. Settle into your cabin, explore the ship, and get ready for an unforgettable nine-night Antarctic adventure!

Day 4 & 5 – February 26 - 27, 2028 | At Sea

Days at sea offer the perfect opportunity to relax, take in breathtaking ocean views from the observation decks, and connect with fellow travelers. Browse the onboard library, attend fascinating expert-led lectures, or learn new techniques from professional photographers to capture the incredible scenery and wildlife of your Antarctic adventure.

Day 6 - 9 – February 28 - March 2, 2028 | Antarctic Peninsula

The Antarctic Peninsula is where the dream of exploring the White Continent comes to life. Discover spectacular glaciers, towering icebergs, and snow-covered islands, including the breathtaking Lemaire Channel. Zodiac excursions and shore landings may bring you to places like Mikkelsen Harbour, where gentoo penguins, snowy sheathbills, skuas, and resting Weddell seals offer an unforgettable glimpse into Antarctica’s remarkable wildlife.

Day 10 & 11 – March 3 - 4, 2028 | At Sea

After several unforgettable days exploring Antarctica’s incredible landscapes and wildlife, enjoy a couple of relaxing days at sea as you make your way back to Ushuaia. Take in the breathtaking ocean views from the observation decks, share stories with fellow travelers, browse the onboard library, or attend fascinating expert-led lectures. You can also pick up photography tips from the ship’s professional photographers, giving you the perfect opportunity to reflect on your Antarctic adventure and relive its extraordinary moments.

Day 12 & 13 – March 5 - 6, 2028 | Disembark Ship & Flight to Ushuaia

After disembarking the ship, you will transfer to the Ushuaia Airport for your flight to Buenos Aires, where you will begin your journey home, filled with unforgettable memories of your incredible Antarctic adventure.

Deposit & Final Payment

A deposit of $3,000.00 per person is required. The final payment is due on or before October 10, 2027.

Once paid, monies are non-refundable unless you have purchased travel protection and are canceling for a covered reason. No exceptions. Rates and space is guaranteed until November 26, 2026. After that it is subject to availability and current rates.
