AudioCodes' Online Instructor-Led Training (OILT) courses are offered to customers and partners who want to train their affiliates on AudioCodes Session Border Controller while saving on travel cost.
Course Description: The course will cover technical learning topics and techniques for troubleshooting AudioCodes SBCs in a Microsoft Teams Environment using Syslog. This is a lab-oriented class designed to help you gain troubleshooting experience before attending more advanced courses. You will debug an Enterprise SBC (E-SBC) environment using the Demo lab system and simulated case logs.
Intended Audience: Tier 1, 2 and 3 supports, Sales Engineers, Trainers, Technical Writers, Developers, and other technical staff supporting AudioCodes equipment holding an expired/valid ACA certificate.

Duration: 1 Day - Lecture runs from 9 AM to 4 PM ET,
Certification: This Remote Class does NOT offer AudioCodes Certified Associate (ACA) Certification.
Cost: The cost of the course is US $550 payable by Credit Card, PO or Wire Transfer.

This training will be conducted in English. The training is subject to a minimum number of attendees. Desktop or laptop is required for access to remote training session and labs.
