Please fill out the below registration form as completely as possible. Items marked with a red asterisk are required fields. If a second or third passenger will be traveling in your selected cabin category, make sure to add their details in this section as well by clicking the button to add additional passengers to your reservation. You will click this button twice if you are requesting a triple occupancy cabin.
After completing the registration form you will be provided with your total deposit amount and asked for credit card details. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your Food and Wine Trails Travel Advisor has confirmed your cabin with the cruise line. After your registration is submitted your assigned Food and Wine Trails Travel Advisor will contact you shortly to go over all of your travel details and needs.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
DEPOSIT: $1,025.00 PER PASSENGER
For all cabins except Vista, Oceania & Owner's Suites. Please call for deposit amounts for booking suites. Your credit card will not be charged until your specified cabin category is confirmed by your Food & Wine Trails Travel Advisor. If your cabin selection is not available, your travel advisor will contact you with alternate options before anything is charged.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE: May 27, 2026
Prices listed above are in USD for two passengers in double occupancy and include shipboard accommodations, onboard meals, all surcharges, government taxes, non-refundable limited travel management service fees and private wine program. Prices do not include visas (if applicable) air fare, airport transfers, optional excursions, pre-paid charges, personal charges or optional facilities and service fees, as defined in OCI's Guest Ticket/Contract. F&WT and Oceania Cruises reserve the right to correct errors or omissions and to change any and all fares or fees. Prices will not increase after you make full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government-imposed taxes, fees or fuel surcharges.

Primary Passenger
You may only register for one cabin per session. If you plan to register for multiple cabins a new registration will be required for each.
Not all cabins are able to accommodate three or four passengers. If your selected cabin category cannot accommodate the number of people in your cabin your F&WT Travel advisor will contact you with alternate options.
Most often, the primary passenger will fill out the registration on behalf of everyone in the cabin, however, if your roommate is filling out their registration separately from you, please add their name here.

Passport Information
Food and Wine Trails requires a copy of the passport within 30 days of booking. USA & Canadian citizens must present a valid passport. The name on all cruise documents must be the same as on your passport. Passport must be valid for a least 6 months upon return. Visit www.travel.state.gov for details.
All program specific information will be sent to the primary passenger's email listed above, including program updates, pre/post-cruise program and shore tour notifications and releases. If you would like for another person (like your spouse, traveling companion or assistant) to receive these updates as well, please add their email into the CC Email Address Field below.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
F&WT strongly recommends that you purchase Allianz travel insurance or a comparable comprehensive travel policy. It is our policy to inform every traveler of this option. Note that by declining travel insurance you assume all risk of loss.
