Defense of the Homeland: Maritime & Transportation in Irregular Warfare

Intent: The objective is to convene key public-and private-sector stakeholders from the maritime, port, and broader transportation sectors to build a cross-functional network focused on irregular warfare (IW) threats in the maritime domain. This includes threats to U.S. ports, inland waterways, maritime infrastructure, maritime logistics, and global shipping. The network will identify operational and strategic gaps, develop integrated solutions, and create a framework for ongoing cooperation to protect the homeland against maritime IW threats.
