REGISTRATION POLICIES

Registration will not be processed without full payment and invoice must be paid before the event date. Refund requests will only be permitted up to 30 days prior to the event, subject to a $75 processing fee, plus HST. If you are not able to attend the event, substitutions are available at no extra fee. Any registration modifications and cancellation requests must be emailed to events@retailcouncil.org
