About the Event

The SCTEM Annual Conference brings together suppliers and leaders in higher education travel and expense management for a dynamic exchange of ideas, strategies, and solutions designed specifically for the academic environment.

This year’s theme, The Frequent Adapter Program, celebrates the professionals who continually evolve to meet the changing demands of higher education travel. In a landscape shaped by emerging technologies, shifting travel trends, policy development, duty of care responsibilities, and complex supplier partnerships, success requires the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining strong, effective travel programs. The SCTEM Annual Conference offers exceptional opportunities for education, benchmarking, and meaningful networking across the higher education travel community.

Collegiate Members

  • $995/registration for the first attendee from your institution
  • $795/registration for each additional attendee from the same institution (using code DFW26College2)

Supplier Members 

  • Supplier registration (includes tradeshow table) - $1,795 for first attendee
  • $1495 for each additional attendee from the same organization (using code DFW26Supplier2).

Conference Hotel Reservations
