How do I register if I don’t have email access?
If you do not have an email address, please contact the LMU Special Events Department at (310) 338-5278 for assistance.

What is the refund policy?
Contact the Special Events Team at events@lmu.edu for cancellations/refunds. We are unable to process any refund requests after 5 p.m. (PST) on Friday, May 29, 2026. Donations made during the registration process are nonrefundable.

What is the pet policy?
No pets are allowed with the exception of service animals.

How do I get to the LMU campus?
Driving Directions
From the North (405 Freeway)
Travel on 405 South, exit on Jefferson Blvd., and turn right. Head west and turn left onto Lincoln Blvd. Head south and turn left into the campus on LMU Drive. 

From the South (405 Freeway)
Travel on 405 North, exit on La Tijera, make a left onto La Tijera. Take La Tijera until Manchester Blvd. and turn a right (traveling west). Stay on Manchester until you reach Lincoln Blvd. and turn right. On Lincoln Blvd., proceed for approximately 3/4 of a mile until you arrive at our main entrance on the corner of Lincoln and LMU Drive. Turn right onto LMU Drive to enter campus.
From Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
Travel north on Sepulveda Blvd. Remain in either of the left two lanes and merge onto Lincoln Blvd. Follow Lincoln Blvd. north past Manchester Blvd. Turn right onto LMU Drive to enter campus.
From the East (105 Freeway)
Travel on 105 West, exit on Sepulveda Blvd., and go north. Remain in either of the left two lanes and merge onto Lincoln Blvd. Follow Lincoln Blvd. north past Manchester Blvd. Turn right onto LMU Drive to enter campus.
From the East (10 Freeway)
Travel on 10 West to 405 South, exit on Jefferson Blvd., and turn right. Head west and make a left onto Lincoln Blvd. Head south and turn left into the campus on LMU Drive to enter campus.

Does LMU provide wheelchairs?
No, we do not. Here are a few local places where you can rent a wheelchair:

What hours will the bookstore be open June 5-7? 
The bookstore hours are as follows:

  • Friday, June 5  |  10 a.m.-2 p.m.
  • Saturday, June 6  |  1-5 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 7  |  10 a.m.-1 p.m.

Can I stay in Palm North (on-campus housing) on Friday, June 5?
No. On-campus housing will only be available on Saturday night (June 6).

I booked a room on campus in Palm North, what amenities are provided with the room?

  • Linens include sheet, blanket, one pillow with a pillowcase, and one towel.
    Note: Beds are Twin XL and configured at "captain's height" (    mattress is approximately 35” from the floor). No "turn-down" service will be provided.
  • Communal Kitchen Area: Disposable plates, plastic cutlery, and napkins
  • Communal Restrooms with Shower Stalls: Toilet paper and hand soap are provided in bathrooms.

What "rules" should I be aware of while staying on-campus in the Palm North dorm?

  • Smoking: Smoking, including the use of unregulated nicotine products (e.g. e-cigarettes, vaping, etc.), is not permitted inside University Housing Facilities, including Palm North . No smoking is permitted within 25 feet of a building. Guests are asked to dispose of cigarettes or matches in the nearest ashtray (not trash/recycle cans) outside of the building.
  • Quiet Hours: 10 p.m.-7 a.m. daily
  • All room key cards must be turned in at the end of the residence hall stay. If a key is not returned, you will be subject to a $25 additional fee.

I booked a room on campus in Palm North, does my roommate also need to pay the residence hall fee? 
No. The lodging fees are per room, not per person. If two roommates are registering separately for the weekend, only one roommate needs to select "LMU Grand Reunion Events & On-Campus Lodging" and pay the fee. The paying registrant should list the name of their roommate under the section that states "If you selected a double room, please enter the full name of your roommate below."

I booked a room on campus in Palm North but no longer need it, can I cancel my room reservation?
Please contact events@lmu.edu for adjustments to your room reservation. No refunds or room changes will be processed after 5 p.m. (PST) on Friday, May 29, 2026.

I booked a double room on campus in Palm North but my roommate can no longer attend, can I change my room reservation to a single?
Please contact events@lmu.edu for adjustments to your room reservation. If singles are available, we will change your room and refund the difference. If singles are no longer available, we will not be able to accommodate changes or price adjustments. No refunds or room changes will be processed after 5 p.m. (PST) on Friday, May 29, 2026.

When do I "check-in" and "check-out" for on-campus lodging?
Check-in and check-out will take place at Palm North Residence Hall during the following times:

  • Check-in Date/Time: Saturday, June 6, 2026 | 1:30 p.m.–6 p.m.
  • Check-out Date/Time: Sunday, June 7, 2026 | 9 a.m.–12 p.m.

Do you have recommended off-campus hotel accommodations?
LMU has a list of local hotels. Be sure to call the hotels directly and mention Loyola Marymount University when you book.
