Founded in 1975, Leadership Dallas (LD) is the region’s premier leadership program, equipping senior and executive leaders with the skills and connections needed to address the challenges and opportunities facing the Dallas Region. Through a dynamic, one-of-a-kind curriculum, participants gain deeper community insight, expand their network, and refine their leadership approach.

Join us for the LD 2025-2026 Information Session to hear firsthand experiences from past participants and learn how to craft a strong application. Applications open Monday, March 3, through Monday, May 5, with preference given to leaders from DRC member companies. A limited number of spots are available for nonprofit C-suite executives, regardless of membership status. Potential applicants and their employers are encouraged to attend.
