Welcome!!!! Here is some information that may be useful. Tampa Airport is around 50 minutes from the Ranch, Sarasota Airport is 20 minutes.

I use Mary to drive me back and forth from airport- 941-685-8168.

PLEASE call and arrange transportation with her as early as possible. Her prices seem to be the best.

Pick up is usually set to ½ prior to event time, 45 minutes for the first day and ½ hour for every day following.

Red Thread Ranch Rules:

I am BEYOND excited to share this event with you. I just want to review some information that was included in your registration:

1. DO NOT WEAR SHOES IN EITHER STUDIO

2. DO NOT WEAR ANYTHING WITH A ZIPPER- you will not be permitted to workout in either room with either Zippers or sharp objects.

3. The is NO Photography Allowed AT ALL.

4. No Video Taping Allowed AT ALL.

5. No FOOD or BEVERAGE ALLOWED IN THE STUDIOS, only in the common room.

6. Pick up & drop off each day will be arranged prior to the event. There are no cars or ubers allowed to come to the Ranch. It is on a private road. PLEASE schedule your transportation accordingly as early or late travel will not be accommodated for.

7. If you are tardy for pick up you forfeit event for the day without refund.

8. Please remove jewelry.

9. Enter into the common room- not the Studio or walk around to the back and enter into the hallway, which is next to the outdoor shower.

10. If you plan to shower please bring your own towels.

11. Please bring whatever you need to eat or drink with you. There is a refrigerator in the common area.

12. Do not play with dogs if they are around unless supervised by KRN.

13. Please keep the common area clean and remove all food on the last day.Shopping and Restaurants:

The Restaurants and shops at Lakewood Ranch downtown are 10 miles away and I have attached a directory.. There is also music on Main the first Friday night of every month.https://www.lakewoodranch.com/town-centers/main-street/

UTC Mall (University Town Center Mall) area has every restaurant and shop imaginable. That is 13 miles from the Ranch.

2.Attendee is able of good health and able to fulfill requirements of Workshop.

3.Attendee must arrive on time for workshop. If theAttendee is late for pick up the workshop will be forfeited and paid in full.

4. Kathryn Ross- Nash New York Pilates, LLC The Red Thread Ranch Pilates Studio™ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Payment in full must be rendered before scheduled workshop.

6.Attendee must inform instructor prior to lesson of any physical, mental or medical changes.

7.Attendee is to be respectful of clients coming and going and respect the other client’s time and lesson by arriving and departing quietly.

8. Failure to reply to any of these requests is an automatic forfeit of workshops.

9. Instructor reserves the right to end the workshop at any time if it is in the best interest of the client.

10.Attendee shall not consume alcohol or drugs prior to workshop. Instructor will be informed of any prescription drugs taken prior to the appointment and the instructor reserves the right to end lesson.

11.An Attendee may be removed from the studio by the instructor at any time.

12. Kathryn Ross-Nash is not responsible for any other instructor in the studio. They are independent contractors.

13. Workshops are educational & entertainment based.

14. If you do not wish to be touched by instructor please inform instructor prior to workshop.

15. If you have an injury or issue it is your responsibility to inform instructor prior to workshop as well as your responsibility to omit or adjust exercises given during workshops, as they are tailored for the group and not individual.

16. There is a no refund/ replacement policy for any workshop/ Training.

17. Payment must be made in full to ensure your spot.

18. KRN reserves the right to refuse any student or remove any student at any time.

19. NO PHOTOGRPAHY OR FILMING PERMITTED. If Student is caught taking photos or filming they will be removed at once and device will be taken. There will be no refund issued.

20. There is NO food or drink in the Studio.

21. Any part of training or workshop is the sole property of KRN New York Pilates, LLC and may NOT be repeated or copied in another workshop environment, online, in print or any other media.
