Make your CACX’26 exhibit experience even more valuable with Guaranteed Connections, a new opportunity designed to put exhibitors face-to-face with the conference attendees they most want to meet.

For an introductory rate of just $200, participating exhibitors receive a dedicated one-hour meeting space and five 10-12 minute, pre-scheduled appointments with CACX’26 attendees who have committed to participating in the program.

Rather than relying solely on attendees stopping by your booth, Guaranteed Connections gives you dedicated time for focused conversations with professionals you want to reach.

Your $200 Guaranteed Connections package includes:

Five pre-scheduled, 10–12-minute attendee appointments
A dedicated meeting space for one hour
Advance access to the participating attendee list in early October
The opportunity to identify the attendees you are most interested in meeting
AIA Connecticut coordination of your final appointment schedule
Focused conversations away from the activity of the exhibit floor
All of your regular CACX’26 exhibitor benefits and booth traffic

In early October, participating exhibitors will receive a list of attendees enrolled in the Guaranteed Connections program. You’ll provide AIA Connecticut with your preferred attendee selections, and we’ll coordinate the final schedule to avoid conflicts and create your one-hour appointment schedule.

Participating attendees have committed to completing a minimum of 8 exhibitor appointments during CACX’26, creating a group of professionals who are ready and committed to making new industry connections.
