The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) invites you to attend the 18th Annual National Sports Safety and Security Conference & Exhibition on June 22-24, 2027, at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, in Miami, Florida.

About the Conference

Ready. Set. Secure. Captures the mission at the heart of everything we do: preparing the professionals who protect our venues, games, and events. Each year, NCS4 convenes the practitioners, public safety partners, and solution providers responsible for the safety and security of sports and special events — from professional stadiums and college campuses to high school fields, marathon routes, and concert venues. Through practitioner-led sessions, solution partner engagement, and networking with peers who know the pressures of this work, you will leave with tools you can apply immediately, a network you can call on, and a clearer view of what readiness demands today. Come prepared to learn, to challenge your assumptions, and to lead. Be ready. Get set. Stay secure.

“Attending the conference is an excellent opportunity to learn from industry practitioners and peers from across the country. I especially value the chance to gain firsthand insight into the ever-changing options and solutions offered by service providers. The networking opportunities are outstanding, and I always find it valuable to walk the trade show floor, connect with service providers, and stay up to date on new ideas and technologies available in the market. I’ve attended the conference several times, and I always come away with something tangible that I can take back to my school district, implement, and use to help us improve.”

Michelle Burnett Juehring
Race Director, Quad-City Times Bix 7

“Attending the NCS⁴ National Conference has been one of the most valuable experiences in my role. Each year, I leave with practical safety tips, updated procedures, and clear, incremental steps my team and I can implement right away. In a constantly evolving safety and security landscape, the insights shared keep us prepared and proactive. No matter the size of your race, venue, or city, the information is relevant and applicable. Learning directly from top practitioners—and connecting with peers who openly share their own experiences—makes this conference an essential resource for anyone committed to safer, stronger events."

Eugene Byrd Jr.
Director, Safety & Security Compliance, Major League Soccer (MLS)

“The NCS4 Annual Conference is one of the most impactful sports safety and security conferences out there. Through my involvement with NCS4 and attendance at the conference each year, I have expanded my network and deepened my knowledge of the safety and security space by learning about the latest industry trends and patterns, as well as understanding how many of our industry partners are working to solve common issues. I’ve had the opportunity to meet and work with some of the brightest minds in sports, and that’s because of the engaging and collaborative atmosphere that the NCS4 conference provides each year.”
