EPRI Overhead Distribution Lines Reliability/Wildfire Workshop - Oct 2026

WELCOME

The Overhead Distribution Line Reliability & Wildfire Workshop brings together utility engineers, asset managers, standards professionals, and wildfire mitigation specialists to discuss the latest research and utility experience related to overhead distribution system performance. Topics include pole performance and fire behavior, conductor and connector reliability, wildlife protection devices, grid monitoring technologies, resiliency strategies, and conductor burndown mechanisms. Through technical presentations, laboratory demonstrations, and peer-to-peer discussions, participants will gain practical insights that support reliability improvement, risk reduction, and informed asset management decisions.
